オススメのかしめ形状 / Recommended crimping form

互い違いになった歯型を用いると、BMFに力が均等に伝わり破断しにくくなるとともに、曲がり部分全体の摩擦力によって抜けにくくなる。
When the alternate tooth forms are used, the force is evenly transmitted to the BMF, which makes it difficult to break, and also makes it difficult for the BMF to come off due to the frictional force of the entire bent portion.

 

向かい合った歯型の場合、圧力が過大になると破断につながり、圧力が不足すると抜けやすくなり、圧力の適正範囲が狭い。
In the case of opposed tooth forms, if the pressure is too high, it will break, and if the pressure is insufficient, it will be easy to come off, and the appropriate range of pressure will be narrow.
